Being at Rock Bottom

This may be quite controversial however Im speaking only from personal experience, from someone who has been at rock bottom and not knowing where to turn I cant stress how important reaching out and asking for help is. Being at rock bottom taught me that its ok to be scared and vulnerable and reaching out doesn’t make you weak it makes you strong.

For anyone out there who is feeling vulnerable or even scared please reach out, the world is a scary place at the minute and life as we know it has changed so much but its also a real chance to build a new life and at a pace that you are happy with
