In this weeks episode Dr.Jeff and Taylor talk about the recent Documentary about Britney Spears and the overall Mental Health conversation


Taylor discusses how the Mental Health conversation has progressed over the past 10 years and how the world sees ands treats Celebrities who are facing various Mental Challenges. You would haver to of been living under a rock if you haven’t seen the ongoing situation involving Britney and her fight to reclaim her life. With the recent documentary it really struck a chord with me with just how much the conversations surrounding Mental Health were handled and how easy it became to label someone. This needs to change, we are all human and we shouldn’t be judging others struggles without fully understanding the whole picture.

Light at the end of the tunnel!

We had the news in the UK that we are now moving towards freedom with a roadmap in place that will see the current restrictions lifted by the Summer.

Although this is a huge step forward it seems to also be causing a lot of anxiety especially as life has changed so much for so many people. The whole world has changed and adapted which now raises the question ‘What is Normality?’.

If like me it’s causing a bit of uncertainty and excitement, please reach out and talk about it. You are human and what you’re feeling is normal emotions. Speaking from experience I reached out and had a chat with a friend about all the good times we have had and discussed what that may look like in the future, although it didn’t give me any clarity it eased my mind and made me look forward to having the good times back!
