Popular Questions

We are not your common psychiatry office, look below to see if we can help!

What do I do if I need a medication refill?

If you need your medication refilled and don’t have the time to wait hours for someone to get back to you, we don’t make our psychiatry patients wait for prescription refills.

Our psychiatry patients know that we don’t wait for prescription refills. If you have a request for a refill, even on the weekend & holidays, we are on call to answer your requests. You don’t have to wait for hours for a nurse practitioner to talk to the doctor to talk to the receptionist to call the pharmacy. We process your requests at the time that you need it because you are dealing with YOUR doctor.

How do I schedule an online appointment?

Go to the appointment page and fill out the form to schedule an appointment online. You can also call our office and speak with one of our patient care coordinators and they will help get you scheduled.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not participate with any insurance plans. You are welcome to use your health savings account or flex spending credit cards. We do provide a statement of service following the appointment; if you have out-of-network benefits you can use this statement to submit a claim for reimbursement with your insurance.

If you plan on using your out of network benefits for reimbursement, we recommend you check your benefits with your insurance prior to making an appointment. Some questions you may want to ask include: “Does my plan cover out of network benefits for mental/behavioral health?” “What is my deductible and what percentage will I be reimbursed after my deductible is met.

What are your payment options?

We accept credit, debit cards and cash.
