Finding Your ‘Why’

In this weeks episode Dr Jeff gives some really good advice about filling your day with meaning and really doing what makes you happy.

Finding your Why can really be the driving force throughout your day and your life, there is no one sized fits all in doing this. The trick is to really understand what puts a smile on your face and going for it, theres a huge element of fear that holds a lot of people back but speaking from experience facing those fears and pushing through the obstacles can be a huge win for your mental and physical health.
